Key Highlights of Bosch Performance Parts in 2023

The second half of 2023 kicked off at full throttle with the Bosch Performance Parts team making their first appearances on various trade shows across the globe, for the first time as exhibitors.

These mark the latest milestones, in a long list of achievements in 2023. Some of the highlights being:

We attended the world-famous SEMA Show in Las Vegas together with our colleagues from Bosch Engineering. The goal was to bring our components close to the end users and give consumers a chance to get to know the team, ask questions about the products and connect with customers both old and new.

This was followed-up with the Professional Motorsport World Expo in Cologne, Germany. Here, the Bosch Performance Parts team had a joint booth together with our colleagues from Bosch Motorsport and Motec. This was a great chance for customers to come and explore the offering of the complete range of Bosch products across all applications: from the track all the way to the streets.

The stars of the show were our EV14 injectors offering up to 1400CC/min of flow, high-flow fuel pumps and our coolant pumps and valves, specifically designed for thermal management applications, be them battery packs, engines or auxiliary components such as turbochargers.

Over the course of these events, the Bosch team had the chance to exchange with automotive specialists, professional small series car builders and key players in the performance & tuning market. This gave us the opportunity to learn more about their interests, requirements in upgrading their performance engine projects, the needs of the market and introduce them to the latest offerings from the Bosch Performance Parts portfolio.

Our goal was to remind everyone that our products apply to a wide range of projects, ranging from the street performance all the way to professional race series, via our Bosch Motorsport colleagues

In August our Team in Latin America, held the Workshop “Performance Parts” at the Bosch DigiHub facilities in Campinas, Brazil.

It was a remarkable event that brought together a diverse audience including Bosch customers and end users. This unique meeting of individuals allowed for an enriching exchange of insights, ideas, and expertise related to performance optimization across different domains. The workshop not only facilitated the share of technologies and methodologies, but also fostered valuable networking opportunities, enhancing collaboration and innovation within the industry and showing the highlights of 2023.

On the first day, a factory tour unfolded, showcasing the processes behind the production of injector lines, fuel pump lines, coil lines, and sensors. After that, adding to the day's excitement, we had the privilege of hosting a distinguished guest from the performance industry, who graciously shared insights about their personal journey.

The day ended in a stimulating “TechTalk” session, diving into the realms of injector engineering, fuel pump and ignition coil innovations.

The event not only showcased Bosch's commitment to innovation but also provided an ambiance to cultivate relationships, promote innovation and drive collective progress within a diverse and forward-thinking community. We can’t wait for the next opportunity to have another event like that.

Over the course of the year, our colleagues from the APAC region successfully implemented the new sales area “Performance Parts” in several asian countries in order to build a base of dealers for our performance dedicated customers in this region.

Our team is now looking forward to 2024 with plans to be present and exhibit at other performance shows around the world. We are looking forward to meeting as many customers there as possible and do whatever we can to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.
